Listen up you beautiful people, the new album's absolutely biblical I tell ya. Been putting my heart and soul into it right, and I'm proper buzzing to share it with you lot. You're all proper mad for it and I love you for that.

You know, when you sit down with a guitar, you never really know what's going to happen. It's just a bit of magic, isn't it? You start with a little idea and it grows. It's a lovely thing, really, just seeing where the music takes you next.

You know, back then, it was like, completely different, right? We'd just show up at these venues, and, I mean, the audience didn't know what to expect. And we were just these young guys from London, trying to do this thing, and it was absolutely mad.

You know, people ask me about that riff from Satisfaction, right? So Keith wakes up one morning, plays me this thing he recorded half-asleep on his cassette, and I'm like, yeah, that's pretty good. Sometimes the best stuff just happens like that, you know?

You know, we've been working on some new songs in the studio, and it's really coming along nicely. Actually, it's more than nice, it's fantastic. The lads and I are having a wonderful time putting it all together, and I think you'll really enjoy it.

Well you know, someone asked me about our old songs the other day, and I said, well, we used to write them anywhere really - on buses, in hotel rooms, oh and speaking of hotels, thanks for all the lovely cards you've been sending, really brilliant stuff.

You know, back in the early days, like '80 or '81, we'd play these small clubs with borrowed equipment. Sometimes the amp would cut out mid-show, but that's how you learn, right? Just playing wherever you could, trying to make it work.
