Heavenly Father, we come before you today declaring victory over every situation that seems impossible. Lord, we break every chain of sickness and disease in our bodies, we declare healing from the crown of our head to the soles of our feet, in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

You know what's amazing about self-worth? Like, when you really start believing in yourself, everything shifts. You're not chasing happiness anymore, you're literally becoming this magnet of good energy, and that's when life starts flowing in this beautiful, magical way.

You know, I've been working on myself, like really focusing on growth and everything. It's crazy how much clearer things are now that I'm sober. Been connecting with my family more, trying to make better choices, just taking it day by day.

So, I love doing my meditation practice early in the morning because there's this amazing energy when the sun rises, and it really helps me connect with my spiritual guides and get centered for my client sessions throughout the day.
