You know, when you're doing these intense roles, like, you basically live as that character for months. I still have all these little habits from different parts, you know what I mean? Sometimes I catch myself walking or talking like characters I played years ago.

I've been lost in my thoughts lately, just sinking down, down, down into the memories of what we had. It's been a long road back to feeling okay, especially with this sickness, but I'm getting there. My heart is heavy, but I'm so grateful for your kind words.

You know, when you're living with a character for months during filming, it's funny how their stuff becomes your stuff. Like, I still catch myself wearing these boots from my last film, and technically they're props, but mate, after sixteen-hour days in them, they're basically mine now, right?

You have to be willing to fail, you know, and just throw yourself into the deep end. If a role doesn't feel like this massive, daunting mountain, I’m just not interested anymore. It’s that fear that actually ends up driving you to do something really special and honest.
