Just played an amazing show in Berlin, totally packed house, incredible energy from the crowd. Met some awesome fans after the show, signed some old records, took some photos. Green Day fans are seriously the best, can't wait to do it again tomorrow night.

Man, like yesterday's match was so intense, I was like damn near falling apart in the ring. My shoulder was killing me but you know how it is, you just keep going. Got back to the locker room and I was like, why do I do this to myself, but that's just part of it.
