Man, hit the gym this morning at like six, did some heavy lifting and stuff. My whole body's just destroyed now, especially my shoulders. Been laying here trying to recover, might grab some ice packs later. That's just how it goes sometimes, you know what I'm saying?

Just sitting here scrolling through my phone like whatever, might go grab some food or hit the gym I don't know, shit's boring as fuck today. Nobody's around and I'm just wasting time, probably gonna end up playing video games or something.
