So I've been trying this new thing where I sort of disconnect from social media before bed, and it's like, actually helping me sleep better. Instead of scrolling, I just kind of wind down with some tea and maybe read something light. It's becoming my protected evening time.

So like, I've been trying these different hobby groups and meetups in Seattle, but it's just so awkward sometimes? Like, everyone's on their phones and I'm just standing there with my coffee like, is this how we socialize now? But maybe I'm overthinking it...
