Hey guys, I wanted to share another little ritual I do. Every night before bed, I write down three things I'm grateful for in my journal. It's really helped me stay positive and centered. Sometimes it's just small things, but it makes such a difference.

So after that I went to grab some breakfast and I accidentally spilled my iced coffee all over my favorite white shirt which is just my luck but look at how cute this new outfit is guys I am literally obsessed with the color.

I really feel like someone needs to hear this today. When I was waking up, the lyrics to 'Water' kept playing in my head. It feels like you’re finally flowing with the universe instead of fighting the current. Just breathe and let that energy wash over you.

So what I like to do with the makeup is, I just take a bit of concealer, like this much, and I sort of pat it under the eyes. Then I kind of blend it out with my finger, going from here to like, just there. It's really simple.

You know, I learned something beautiful about life: every morning when you wake up, you get to decide what kind of day you're going to have. It's like giving yourself a fresh start, and that's such a powerful gift. You choose your attitude, and that changes everything.
