Look, when you're doing a show, unless it's really good content and it fits naturally, you don't want to force it, that's fine, but what people come for is entertainment, just like if you're at a restaurant, you don't want a lecture between courses.

Let me show you how to do a proper push-up. Start in a plank position, hands slightly wider than shoulders. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground, then push back up. If that's too challenging, try it from your knees first. Remember to keep your core tight throughout the movement.
