So today I tried this new workout program, and oh my God, my muscles are literally screaming. Like, I'm trying to be consistent and everything, but when you're dealing with inflammation and your body just isn't cooperating, it's so, so frustrating. And don't even get me started on the protein shakes.

Listen, if they're playing games with your head, making you feel crazy for having normal feelings, that's some toxic shit right there. Don't let them gaslight you into thinking you're the problem. Trust your gut and get the hell out.
