So I was literally just about to step into the gala when I realized I left my favorite heels back at the hotel, and honestly, I just couldn't deal with the red carpet vibe tonight anyway. I told the driver to turn around, ordered a massive pizza, and decided to just chill in my pajamas instead.

Here's my morning ritual that keeps me centered. I start with gentle stretches, which really helps wake up my body, then a warm lemon water while Chester watches from her favorite spot. Sometimes meditation, if the pups let me, which they usually don't because cuddles come first.
