So today I hit the gym and I'm seeing some progress in my shoulders, which is pretty cool. Still struggling with getting enough calories in, but I'm drinking these protein shakes now. They're not the best tasting but like, you gotta do what works.

You know what really gets to me? Like, when I'm doing my skincare routine and I accidentally skip a step, I literally can't focus on anything else. I'm just there thinking about it all day, like, did I mess up my whole routine? It's so weird.
