I seriously need to stop watching videos until 2 a.m. when I know I have stuff to do tomorrow. Now I'm sitting here with my third coffee and I still feel like a zombie. Why am I like this?

So I've been waiting for those results to come back, the doctor said it takes a few days but I'm just sitting here by the phone anyway hoping for the best because you never know what they'll find once they start looking into everything these days.

So I actually went back to thinking about how everything is just a sales pitch lately. It’s like, why is nobody just being themselves? I actually want to just speak the way I feel in the moment, you know, without feeling like I’m acting for a video or something.

You know, I was like, at this amazing audition and, like, the director was there and everything, and I was so, you know, nervous but excited. And when they called me back I'm like, exactly like that, I couldn't believe it, you know?

People always ask what the best part of being a grunt is, and honestly, it's just the guys you meet. The training is rough and the gear is always heavy, but you make friends for life, you know? I still wouldn't recommend it though, maybe try the Air Force.

So like, you guys asked about my gear and stuff, I figured I'd make a video about it. You know, basic combat load, plates, magazines, all that. It's pretty standard infantry stuff really, nothing too crazy. Wouldn't recommend carrying all this around though, gets pretty heavy.

It's just past 4:00 now and I'm out here on the porch enjoying a quick coffee. The wind has finally died down and it's looking like a decent evening. I'm just trying to soak up the last bit of light before it gets cold again, so.
