All right guys so I'm at the gym right now getting my workout in, and I brought my favorite protein shake, it's totally clean ingredients, no artificial stuff. I use this every day after training, it's absolutely amazing for recovery let's get this workout done guys.

Okay so like my workout was pretty intense today, got my heart rate up to like 165. Grabbed some protein shake, it's about 25 grams of protein, not bad. My recovery score's at 85% which is way better than yesterday. Gonna meal prep some chicken later.

Honestly, spending time with my family and the dogs is just amazing. They are so sweet and it is like they know exactly when you need a hug. Growing up around them has been the best experience, and seeing them happy now is just everything to me.
