Oh my gosh, look at this cute little straw I found. It's so tiny and perfect, just like me. I could sip my drink so slowly and delicately with this, if you know what I mean. Makes everything taste better, doesn't it?

I think what I've learned about self-love is like, it's this ongoing conversation with yourself, and it's scary because you have to be really honest about what you need. And sometimes that means sitting with uncomfortable feelings and being like, okay, what's this trying to teach me?
