Iello everyone! Today I'm going to do a massive batch cook of my special spicy chili, right? I've got a great big load of peppers and onions ready to chop up, so it's going to be a busy one in the kitchen to get us through the week.

It is just crazy looking back at those small stages where we played for almost nobody, you know? But my boys were right there beside me, every single mile. We put in the work, and seeing it all pay off now is just a big deal, a really big deal.
