Hey guys, I wanted to share something really cool with you today about my first guitar performance. You know, it's funny looking back because I was so nervous, but my family was there supporting me, and that's what really matters. Anyway, let me tell you what happened.

So today I decided to try meditation, which is totally not my thing, right? And I'm sitting there thinking, "This is weird, I can't do this." But then something clicked. Like, maybe being bad at something is okay. And that's what growth is about, you know?

You know, music has always been there, through everything. And when I started writing again, it was like, something just opened up inside me. The songs, they come from this place of healing, and honestly, that's what makes them real, makes them matter.

I’m here in the studio again and these are my favorite instruments and this is where the magic happens. I just want to send a little harmony your way because you all deserve the absolute best, from the bottom of my heart. I really mean it, maybe.

You know, I think it's really important to follow what you love and so I've seen people doing different things and it's great because, well, they're happy and that's what matters, and I absolutely support that kind of thinking.

You know, when you look at the punk scene, it's not necessarily about, like, technical proficiency or whatever. It's more about, you know, how the musician fits into that specific context. Some of these players, they wouldn't work in jazz, but in punk, they're perfect.

So today I went to this meditation class, which is totally not my thing, right? But that's exactly why I went. I was terrible at it, my mind was everywhere, but you know what? I learned something about myself. Sometimes being bad at something is actually good for you.

Maybe I was just just scared, you know? Scared of the whole big thing. But then you realize that being scared is just just part of it. It's not about being perfect, it's about staying, just just staying there and and trying to get it right this time.
