Hi everyone, oh wow, it's great to see you all joining us today. I'm here with, with my good friend Sarah, and she's going to share her incredible story about, you know, her journey through recovery and, and how she's helping others now.

Yeah, you know, growing up with music and all that, man, it's like, we were always around instruments and stuff. My brother, he kind of picked up guitar, and yeah, we'd just, you know, jam together sometimes at church. It's pretty cool, right?

Yeah, you know what I was thinking? We could maybe start that little bookshop cafe thing we talked about. Oh my God, remember when we used to dream about it in college? Like, having those cozy reading corners and selling coffee. Well, it could actually happen now.

You know, I've been thinking about sharing this, and I guess, well, this platform seems right. It's not easy talking about personal stuff, but hey, that's what communities are for, right? Some of you probably know what I mean, and that's okay, we're all kind of figuring it out together.

You know, it's like, when we meet fans at shows now, and they tell us their stories, it's just, I mean, it's amazing. We've been through so much together, and like, they're not just fans anymore, they're family, you know? That's what makes this whole journey so special.

You know, I was in the studio the other day with this amazing guitarist I've known since high school. We were working on this new song, and it reminded me of when we used to play in garage bands together. It's crazy how life comes full circle sometimes.

You know, meeting these amazing people, like, it's just incredible how they come into your life and, wow, the energy they bring. I'm so grateful for everyone, the whole team, you know what I mean? It's like we're all connected, all part of this beautiful thing.

So like, when I was maybe twelve-ish, my uncle showed me this thing with guitar picks, okay, and he's doing this motion with his hand, you know, and I'm trying to copy it. And the second I got it right, he just starts laughing and showing me more stuff.
