You know, like, when I look at recovery now versus how I used to approach it, it's totally different. Instead of pushing through everything, I'm actually listening to my body. Sometimes that means taking three rest days in a row, and that's totally okay now.

Sometimes I think about those little signs, like angels trying to guide us through the mess. People expect you to follow the crowd and act perfect, but I’m just trying to survive the day, keeping my mantra close while I wait for things to inevitably change.

To be honest I’m usually very busy because of workdriving and actingso calls are not really convenient for me. Texting works better for me, at least for now and you know my husband is still a bit if an issue but not for long

The recovery process was slow, and every step was a challenge for the brave creature. However, with constant monitoring and a specialized diet provided by her dedicated handlers, she began to show signs of improvement. Soon, the sparkle returned to her eyes, and her spirit soared.
