I'm literally so tired from the gym today, but I had to jump on here because so many of you guys keep asking about my diet. Honestly, I just try to keep it simple and consistent, you know? It's not always easy, but showing up every day is what really counts.

So like today my shoulder's really acting up, it's probably like a five out of 10 pain, and I've been trying this new cream thing my doctor gave me. I can't wear any tight shirts because it hurts so bad, so I'm just like wearing these loose t-shirts everywhere.

So today I'm working from my living room, you know, because I needed a change of scenery. It's actually working out pretty well, like, I have my laptop set up on this little coffee table and everything's within reach. I really love how flexible this job is.
