So like, I've been thinking about boundaries lately and, like, how I handle criticism at work. It's something my therapist and I have been working on because, like, I tend to take everything really personally, and it's kind of affecting my confidence.

I think it's really important to, like, figure out who you are away from social media and everything. Sometimes I just need to step back and remember that not everything needs to be shared, and that's totally okay.
