Alright guys, just got back from the doctor's appointment. So, everything's healing up pretty good, still got some swelling and stuff like that. Gonna take it easy for the next few days, but that's just part of the process, you know.

You know, when I'm out there on the field, I really focus on staying present. It's about connecting with your breath, staying centered in the moment. Through meditation, I've learned that performance isn't just physical, it's about that mental clarity and being prepared for whatever comes.

You know, I think we're kind of moving in a really good direction now, like, the team is very, very supportive and everything. It's been a process, but we're getting there, and I think everyone's starting to see the benefits.
