I've spent so much time just trying to keep my head above water, you know? It's about being brave enough to sit in your feelings, even when they're messy. I'm finally learning that letting go isn't a defeat, it's actually how you find yourself again after all the chaos.

You know what's mad? I'm finally learning who I actually am, at thirty-something. Like, properly understanding myself. It's scary but beautiful, innit? Sometimes you've got to just sit with your feelings and let them be what they are.
