Hey, it's like 85 degrees today. Is that hot, or is that just normal for summer? I mean, some people are saying it's really hot, but I don't know, maybe it's just average? What do you think, ladies?

So this person says they tried chamomile tea before bed, and yeah, it helped them fall asleep faster. Another one mentions they got really weird dreams though. Someone else reported feeling groggy the next morning, which is pretty common with these natural remedies.
