So I've been trying this new prenatal yoga class, and honestly, it's kind of amazing for my back pain. Like, I was worried at first about doing too much, but my doctor said it's totally fine as long as I listen to my body and don't overdo it, so that's what I'm doing.

Well, I was thinking about taking that advanced class, but like, my schedule was already pretty full. I mean, my current classes were going well, and I had a good rhythm going, so I probably made the right choice staying where I was.
