I feel like people always have something to say about my clothes and stuff, you know? It’s kind of weird because I’m just being me. I never really thought anyone would care this much, but I’m honestly just trying to keep it real and not lose myself.

Like, people always ask me about writing happy songs, and I'm just like, what does that even mean? Music is supposed to be whatever you're feeling, whatever's real to you. That's what makes it actually meaningful, you know?

I honestly feel so overwhelmed and I just can't believe I'm standing here with people I've looked up to forever. We really need to keep standing up for what's right and just, like, love each other. I'm so grateful and, yeah, thank you guys so much.

It's like, really crazy how when you're writing songs, you kind of just pour your heart into them, and then seeing people connect with that in their own way is so special. And that's what I love about music, you know, it brings people together.

You know it's funny because I was sitting there in the studio and everyone's talking about pop music and whatever but I'm just thinking like, the whole thing is changing and nobody really knows where it's going, it's kind of beautiful actually.

You know, when I'm in the studio, it's like this whole different energy. I try to balance everything, like social media and actually being present in the moment. Sometimes I just put my phone away and focus on the music, but it's hard because, you know, we're all so connected now.

I think I was maybe like, fifteen or sixteen when I really started understanding my own sound. You know, it's weird because you're just kind of experimenting and trying things, and then suddenly something clicks and you're like, "Oh, that's me."
