I've been trying to get back into my routine after traveling. Like, I'm doing more strength training now, maybe 45 minutes each session. My weight is still fluctuating around 130, but I feel like I'm getting stronger and that's what matters.

I've always felt that songwriting is such a personal journey and it’s really about being vulnerable and sharing my heart with whoever is listening and I just love how music can connect people in ways that words alone can't really do when I am on stage performing.
