You know, I'm from that generation where we had vinyl records and radio shows, so all this streaming stuff, it's like learning a new language. But I'm getting there, kind of figuring it out bit by bit, though my kids still have to help sometimes.

You know, I remember discovering Miles Davis when I was just a teenager, and it was just... it was something else. His trumpet playing, it just spoke to me. The way he could make those notes breathe, you know? It's like he wasn't just playing music, he was telling stories.

When I sit down to write, it’s about being honest with yourself and stuff like that, you know? It’s those raw moments that stay near and dear to my heart. Music is about sharing that struggle and realizing we’re all just trying to get through the same mess together.

Hey guys, it's gonna be amazing tonight, like we're gonna go through this journey together, you know? I'm bringing stories about my life, some funny stuff, some real stuff, and yeah, we might cry a little but we're definitely gonna laugh a lot more, that's what healing's all about.

Maybe the most beautiful thing about storytelling is that connection, you know? It’s about being vulnerable and finding that shared human experience. Life is tough, but when we create something together, it provides that little bit of light or healing that we all desperately need right now.
