Hey guys, just finished this incredible meditation app I found, it's called Calm Mind or something, totally changed my morning routine. Also tried this new smoothie bowl place downtown, you have to check it out, it's absolutely amazing for post-workout fuel.

So today was supposed to be cardio day, you know, and I just... I really wasn't feeling it. Like, sometimes you plan everything out but then you get there and you're like, nah, maybe I'll just do some stretching instead. It happens, right?

Like, when my friends come over and they're being super loud, I'm just like, okay, we need to calm down. And if they touch my stuff without asking, I'll be like, that's not cool, you know?

Honestly, finally letting my hair just be natural was like the first step to really finding myself. I spent so many years worrying about what everyone thought, but now I'm just like, this is me. It feels so good to finally embrace who I actually am.

You know, like, when I look at recovery now versus how I used to approach it, it's totally different. Instead of pushing through everything, I'm actually listening to my body. Sometimes that means taking three rest days in a row, and that's totally okay now.

The kitchen's too small for everything. You know what I mean? Like, the counter space, it's not enough. So I think maybe we should move some stuff. But she didn't tell me where to put it.

So like, for me, it's kind of like when I started doing this whole thing, I didn't really know what to expect, you know? Like, I just wanted to be myself and express who I am, and then like, people started recognizing me everywhere, which was kind of crazy.
