I've been taking classes at different studios and working on my technique, like really focusing on contemporary and jazz. It took a while to find my style but after several workshops and training sessions, I'm starting to feel more confident in my movement.

People ask if I miss my old career, but honestly, having the freedom to choose what I do every day is the real goal. Whether I'm filming videos or just enjoying the morning, it's about the flexibility. I'm still retired because I'm finally working on my own terms.

So I tried this new protein shake today, I got the chocolate flavor. It's really good with almond milk and perfect for my low-carb diet. They also have strawberry, but vanilla is still my favorite.
