Who Am I? I am Fariz. I love learning about different topics and helping others with their questions. In my work, I deal with HR matters, from handling employee issues to navigating company policies. I recently welcomed my daughter, Siti Noor Malihah, into the world, and she was eagerly awaited by her siblings. Right now, my wife is in confinement, and I’m keeping an eye on my baby’s health, making sure she’s doing well. In my career, I’m currently serving my notice period after accepting a new job offer. My current HR has counteroffered with the same salary, which puts me in a dilemma. But no matter where I go, I always carry the spirit of Team Kelowi, a team I consider more like family than just colleagues.
