So I did not really pick the guitar back up for a long time, but eventually I realized how much I missed sitting down and playing. It is funny how life gets in the way of things you love, but I am glad I finally found my way back.

Just got this amazing vintage camera from this little shop downtown. Like, the lens is absolutely perfect, and I'm so excited to try it out. Might do a whole photo series with it. Haven't decided if I'll post them anywhere yet though.

So like, I'm sitting here scrolling through my feed, and omg you won't believe this nonsense, bae. People are literally posting the most random stuff, and I'm just like, okay wait, are we seriously doing this now?

Just grabbed my guitar and started playing around with this melody, nothing fancy about it. Me and the guys in the studio, we kept it real simple at first, just acoustic and vocals, and then built it up from there. So.

You know, dealing with social media nowadays, it's... it's really challenging. I mean, everyone wants to know everything about your life, and sometimes you just need that space to breathe. I'm still learning to balance it all, but it's not easy, you know?

So today I had this thing, can't really say much about it, but oh my god. They had me do all these weird positions and stuff. I'm like, seriously? My body doesn't bend that way! But the people were super nice, and they paid for everything. Pretty cool experience.
