Guys, I was just organizing my desk area, you know, and found these vitamins I bought like last week. Pretty good timing actually, because I've been feeling kind of tired lately, so yeah, gonna start taking these again.

So like, I was doing this show the other night, and it was crazy because these fans knew every word, right? And I'm standing there like, wow, this is wild. And my band's looking at me like, dude, this is actually happening. Pretty insane stuff.

Hey, just chilling at the park, you know, watching people walk their dogs and stuff. Might head over to that new coffee spot later, heard it's pretty cool. Yeah, just taking it easy today.

So I'm trying to get better at this whole morning routine thing, and I actually managed to do some meditation today, which is really nice, and I'm meeting up with some friends for coffee later so that's going to be really, really good for my mental health.
