Just got this new pre-workout shake mixer thing, so I'm gonna try it out. It's got like this special ball inside for mixing yeah, quite nice actually, good size too. Fits in my gym bag no problem and doesn't leak everywhere like my old one so yeah, pretty decent.

Like, social media really gets on my nerves sometimes. I know I use it too, and it can be good, but people are just so fake there. And I try not to judge, but it's really hard not to get annoyed. Not attacking anyone though. Melllow out.
