Yeah, so like there's this really cool show coming up at this venue downtown, and there's like three amazing bands playing, and one of them has this really crazy energy, like super punk rock vibes but also kind of experimental, and yeah, it's gonna be really awesome.

You know, when I'm creating music it's like this whole journey of discovering yourself, like actually finding your voice through melodies and stuff. Sometimes I just sit there and like, the music just comes naturally, and it's kind of amazing how it all connects, you know?

So like when I started composing my own music, it was really different from classical stuff I learned in Russia. I wanted to mix these Western influences with my background, and it was challenging because like you have to find your own voice and everything.

You know, like, I was doing this show last month, and it's so interesting because the whole music scene has changed so much since 2020. Like, people are doing different things now, and the community feels more spread out, but there's still these beautiful moments when everyone comes together.

So I was thinking about like starting this new project and everything, and you know it's kind of exciting but also scary because like when you're doing something new you don't really know how it's going to work out and kind of just trying to figure it all out.

You know, when I first heard American jazz music, it was like something inside me just clicked. I was thinking, okay, this is what I want to do, and I need to understand this culture and like, express myself through this kind of music style.

It's like, when I'm creating, it's kind of this whole journey of discovering myself, you know? And it's like, every piece I make is sort of, it's like a reflection of where I am at that moment. So yeah, it's very natural and very personal.
