So I've been dealing with this anxiety thing, and like, it's not easy to talk about. But I feel like, maybe sharing my experience might help someone else? I don't know exactly how to explain it, but it's like, really important to not feel alone.

You know what's funny? I never noticed until today how much I actually enjoy rainy days. There's something about the sound of raindrops that makes me feel completely at peace. It's like discovering a new part of yourself.

I think I'm just going to take some time to myself today, maybe do some reading or catch up on my favorite shows. It's nice to have these moments where I can just breathe and not think about work stuff.
