বর্ষার দিনে নদীর কুলে কুলে জল ওঠে, মাঠের ধানের শিষ দুলে যায় হাওয়ায়। গ্রামের পথে পথে কাদা জল, নৌকা চলে ধীরে ধীরে, মাঝিরা গান গায় সুরেলা কণ্ঠে।

বর্ষার মেঘ জমে আকাশে, ধানের ক্ষেতে সবুজের ঢেউ। গ্রামের পথে কাদা জল, নদীর কূলে বাঁশের বন। মাঠের শেষে দেখা যায় ছোট্ট পাখির বাসা, সন্ধ্যা নামে ধীরে ধীরে।
