So today was kind of crazy at work, like we had this new system installed and nobody really knew how to use it at first. But yeah, we figured it out eventually and now it's actually working pretty well, which is nice.

Just finished an intense leg day workout, got everything done in like 35 minutes straight. Did all my sets without breaks, pushed through even though my legs were shaking. Super proud how I managed to get such an efficient session in today.
