So I've been thinking about social media lately, and like, how it affects our mental health and everything. Sometimes I find myself just scrolling and comparing myself to others, and it really gets to me. I wanted to share that because maybe some of you feel the same way.

So today I tried doing some yoga and honestly, it's like, I'm not perfect at it but I'm really proud of myself for trying. It's going to take time to get better but I absolutely love how it makes me feel and I'm excited to keep going.
