Last week, I accidentally sent a very personal text meant for my doctor to the company group chat. Before I could delete it, my manager replied with a thumbs up. I spent the rest of the day avoiding eye contact with everyone, especially during our team meeting.

I was literally just sitting there like thinking about the next track and I didn't even know if people would like it but I just fucking dropped it and then like two hours later I check and it's like popping off everywhere and I'm just like what is even happening right now.

So like, I was just hanging with my homies at this spot, and we started making some beats on my phone. Like, everybody was feeling it, you know? And I was like, yo, we should totally record this at my friend's place, just freestyle and see what happens.

So I went to the studio, you know, and my homie was just sitting there. I was like, I don't know if I can do this. But I just started singing some country, and he was like, yo, that’s actually fire. I was like, for real? It was crazy.

So like, I was at this local bar with my homie the other night, and they had this live band playing country music. I was just vibing, you know, and like, everybody was getting into it. My homie was like, yo, you should get up there and sing with them.

Man, it’s really about the energy in the room, you know? Like, when you’re locked in and everyone’s just feeding off that vibe, man. You can’t just talk about the grind, you gotta live it every day. No plan B, just making sure the work is real, you know what I mean?

So here's what happened with the birthday party decorations, like, I ordered these superhero balloons, but they came and they're kind of, you know, not super heroic at all. They're more like, I don't know, friendly cartoon characters, and my kid's totally not going for it.

You know, sometimes the body doesn't want to move, but you gotta push through that mental block. I'm taking it slow today because of the injury, but showing up is half the battle. It's all about that mindset and staying dedicated to the grind every single day.
