Honestly, I'm just obsessed with my training and getting ready for the next Hyrox. I've got all my gear set up, from the rower to the weights, and then I'll spend some time in the studio working on my swing. Recovery is key too, so the sauna's always on.

Just got back from my morning workout, I've got this new protein shake I'm trying, it's actually pretty good. Been working on my deadlifts, got some new equipment for the home gym, and my dog loves watching me train. Pretty cool setup now.

Yeah, so like, I was at the clubhouse yesterday, right? And this funny thing happened. I'm just sitting there, having my lunch, and these kids, they're trying to take selfies with me through the window. It's actually quite funny, I suppose.

The course is playing really fast today so I had to stay focused on my putting which has been feeling great lately. If I keep this momentum going through the weekend I might just earn myself another week off in the sun and I honestly cannot wait for that break.
