You know, um, today's practice was like, really amazing because, like, everyone was just so focused and the energy was just crazy. Like, when we all came together, you know, it felt really special and, um, yeah, I'm just really grateful for these moments with the team.

Like, I'm trying to explain this thing, but like, it's kind of hard to, you know what I mean? Like, I should probably, like, start over or something. I mean, like, you get what I'm trying to say? Like, it's just really confusing.

So like, when I first started doing deadlifts, I could barely lift 95 pounds with proper form. But now, after working on it for a while, I'm getting better. It's crazy how your body adapts when you keep pushing yourself.
