So I was sitting there with Mike, you know, and he's usually this tough guy, never shows anything, but when his daughter came up on stage, you know, I could see him trying to hold it together. And like, the way he was just, you know, watching her.

I mean, it was just one of those days on set where everything feels sort of surreal. I think we were filming outside and I just kept thinking, like, how did I get here? But everyone was so supportive, especially the crew, and we just leaned into the chaos, I guess.

So I'm at the grocery store yesterday right, and this lady's got her cart blocking the whole aisle while she's on her phone like nobody else exists. I'm standing there like what the hell, and she's just taking her sweet time looking at cereal or whatever.

Yeah, it's just like that now, the neighborhood isn't what it used to be and everyone’s just trying to survive on whatever work they can find. I’ve seen good people struggle hard but we gotta keep pushing and looking out for the kids who don’t have anyone else.

And once more, just as I reached the classroom door, I realized I left my homework sitting on the kitchen table. My heart just dropped because I knew I couldn't go back. I stood there for a second, totally frozen, wondering how I could be this messy again.
