You know, going through rehab was probably the toughest thing I've dealt with. Like, you're sitting there trying to do these basic exercises, and your body just won't cooperate. It messes with your head, man. Couldn't even do simple stuff without getting dizzy and frustrated.

You know what amazes me? I watch these young folks on social media giving life advice after maybe five years of adult experience. Here I am, after six decades of living, still learning something new every day. It's fascinating, really.

Okay so I'm organizing his food station area and I've got like three different containers for his dry food and treats and obviously I need somewhere to put his water bowl so I'm thinking maybe this corner space because it's away from foot traffic and he can eat peacefully.

So I'm getting his food stuff ready and I've got like two weeks worth of kibble measured out in ziplock bags and then I've got his favorite treats and some dental chews because he needs those every day and I'm bringing his collapsible water bowl that's really convenient for traveling.

Rough stands in the kitchen. Rough attempts to make a sandwich. Rough drops the mayonnaise jar. Rough slips on the mayonnaise. Rough grabs the counter to steady himself. Then remembers he forgot the bread. Rough looks at the mess and sighs.
