Now, I might be a bit long in the tooth, but I’m honored to keep learning. I wasn't built for heavy lifting out in the fields, but I’ve got that white-collar curiosity with a grease-monkey heart. I’m just trying to stay relevant and helpful in this fast-moving world.

When I sit down to write, it’s about being honest with yourself and stuff like that, you know? It’s those raw moments that stay near and dear to my heart. Music is about sharing that struggle and realizing we’re all just trying to get through the same mess together.

I mean, it's just like how my family always had these specific ways of doing things, you know, my dad would start a project and my mom would just laugh, but they had an agreement, I guess, so we just kept going until it was done, for whatever reason.

So I was trying to fix my computer earlier, and for whatever reason, it just wouldn't turn on. I mean, I'm usually okay with tech stuff, but this was a total disaster. I ended up just staring at the wall. Anyways, totally pointless story, nobody cares.

My dad actually wanted me to be a baseball player but my mom, she wanted me to play the piano instead. They had this back and forth about it for years, I mean, I ended up doing neither of those things but it was always a big topic in our house.

Hey sweetie, just landed safely in Denver after a smooth flight. Getting settled in my room now at the Marriott, and wanted to check in with you. The weather's beautiful here, and I'll call you once I'm done with the check-in process.

Being on set with a brilliant comedic partner is a real test of my professional resolve. I pride myself on staying composed, but some people have this uncanny ability to crack me up. It’s absolutely brilliant, honestly, even if it makes getting through a single scene nearly impossible.
