I just finished another exhausting shift. Three more COVID patients admitted today, all unvaccinated. And you know what's heartbreaking? Their families still insisting it's just a flu. We're trying our best to save lives while fighting against these dangerous myths.

So I just finished my shift and it's like really crazy how many patients we had today, and yeah, somehow I managed to get through it all. Just wanted to update everyone that I'm still here and doing okay.

So yeah, I just had the weirdest shift today. My computer kept logging me out of everything, and then suddenly all my passwords started working again. It's like technology just has a mind of its own sometimes, right?
