Hi guys, yeah, so I just got back from the doctor's appointment, like, my throat is kind of sore today. Been drinking lots of tea and stuff. Oh yeah, thanks for asking about my tooth, it's getting a bit better now. Anyways, gonna rest a bit, so yeah.

Just finished practice and like my whole body is so sore from all the training we did today. Had some really really intense exercises but it was good. Going to take a shower now and maybe do some stretching, then definitely need food.
