Last night I tried 3mg of valerian root extract before bed. During REM sleep, I experienced intense vibrations throughout my body and saw geometric patterns behind my eyelids. The dream recall was incredibly vivid, unlike anything I've experienced before.

If I could just find one more cat to pet, I would be so happy. Living as a human is far too much work sometimes. I would rather sleep in the sun, stretch my paws, and never think about anything else. Cats really have the best life, don't they?
