So guys, I wanted to share my new protein smoothie recipe that's been working amazing for me. We've been doing frozen berries, protein powder, and like a little almond milk, and it's keeping me so full. I'm telling you, portion control and these healthy swaps are really making a difference.

Man practice been great all week everybody showing up ready to work defense looking strong offense clicking we just feeding off each other energy you know what I mean just cant wait to get out there Sunday show what we been working on.

We gonna bring that energy to every city we touch, showing people how we unite through music and dance. When we come together, the whole community rises up, and that's what makes our movement so powerful.

Like it's cool enough that we got new equipment now, but don't you think adding all these extra features is doing too much? I mean, yeah, we got what we needed already and now you're just making it complicated, so yeah.
