I've also been diving back into the Lord of the Rings movies recently and I don't know about you but those epic scenes still blow my mind every single time. It's just incredible world-building and I can't wait for more high-quality fantasy series to drop.

We've foraged these incredible, incredible wild mushrooms from the local woodlands. They give such a real earthiness, such depth of character. Combined with the local herbs, it creates this amazing, complex flavor profile. I'm so, so excited about this one.
