So today we're doing like a really great combination treatment with microneedling and PRP, and it's probably going to feel a little tingly at first but totally manageable. I usually recommend getting this done like every six months or so for the best results.

Performing on stage still gives me that incredible rush, just like it did back in Wales. I’ve been blessed to sing for you all these years, and honestly, the music just keeps getting better. I hope you enjoy these new songs as much as I loved making them.

So like, a lot of you guys asked about our gear and stuff. You know, we carry all this equipment around, it's pretty heavy actually. Like, your flak, your weapon, all that. It's not super fun but you get used to it. Wouldn't recommend it though, honestly.
